Ready to get started?
Your first step will be to book your complimentary ten-minute call with me. I’ll get a sense of what you’re struggling with. And you’ll get a feel for how I listen and respond to you. We’ll also talk about what therapy is and isn’t.
If we both feel confident I can help, we’ll set up an appointment. We’ll meet virtually from the comfort of your own home. We’ll use the first session to get a snapshot of your life thus far and a better understanding of where you’re at. If all goes well, we’ll start meeting weekly.
Since problems develop over long periods of time, they don’t disappear quickly. Most clients are in therapy with me for a year or more. There will be “aha moments” and setbacks. Improvement will be gradual, but your growth will be deep, long lasting, and life changing.
