PSYCHODYNAMIC THERAPY · ONLINE · NYC, WESTCHESTER, LI
Therapy for women who are tired of holding it all together.
Slow, honest conversations that help you understand yourself, your patterns, and the parts of your life that feel stuck.
Put-together on the outside.
Quietly unraveling on the inside.
You've done the things you were supposed to do. The job, the relationships, the version of your life that looks good from the outside. So why does so much of it feel like a performance?

If any of this sounds familiar, you're not alone — and you're not broken.
- 01
You look like you have it together, but inside it feels heavier than anyone knows.
- 02
You over-think conversations long after they're over and wonder if you said the wrong thing.
- 03
You keep choosing relationships that leave you feeling unseen or unsure of yourself.
- 04
You're successful at work, but quietly anxious, exhausted, or numb most days.
- 05
You've tried talk therapy before and it felt surface-level — like nothing really shifted.
- 06
You sense there are patterns you keep repeating, but you can't quite name them on your own.

About
Hi, I'm Robyn.
I work with women who look like they're doing well — but who carry a quieter weight underneath. The kind that's hard to explain to friends or family, and easy to push down with more work, more planning, more being-okay.
My approach is psychodynamic. That's a careful way of saying we'll slow down and pay attention to what's actually going on inside you — the feelings, the patterns, the old stories that keep showing up in new relationships. To help you understand yourself with more honesty and less judgment. To reveal new possibilities for yourself and your relationships.
I completed a BA from Boston University, an MSW from New York University, and a three year postgraduate program in psychodynamic therapy. I became a therapist because I experienced how transformative the work can be. I've sat in both chairs, and I know what it's like to want something deeper than coping tools or advice.
Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). Trained in psychodynamic therapy. Sessions are online, 50 minutes, weekly.
