Let’s get you to a better place

I pride myself on being a relatable professional. I combine classical training with modern sensibility.

I have trained extensively in the art and practice of deep, therapeutic listening. I time, dose and deliver insights and questions that safely bring you further into your experiences and through to the other side. I completed a rigorous three year post-graduate certificate in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, and I participate in ongoing supervision and study groups with a focus on relational psychotherapy. At the same time, my patients say that sessions feel like a conversation with a trusted friend or colleague.

For ten years I maintained offices in the Union Square area of Manhattan and in Bronxville, New York near Sarah Lawrence College. I’ve worked with students, academics, creatives, executives, and everything in between. I transitioned to a remote model upon relocating to northern Westchester with my young family- several years before Covid. Skeptical at first, I’ve come to love working remotely. It’s a great match for my typical client, with demanding schedules.
